Wendy Lewis / Practice Manager, COA
Wendy was born and raised in southern NH. She has been a certified orthodontic assistant for 18 years and has worked in the dental field for 40+ years in both assisting and administrative roles, working in management for the past 20 years. She joined Dr. Pavlo’s team in May 2023 and has enjoyed getting to know the patients and working with the team supporting quality care and excellent customer service. In her free time, she enjoys camping, motorcycling, traveling, trying new dining locations, and spending time with her 2 children, Alyssa and Chris, and her 2 grandchildren, Makenzey and Karson, and of course with her husband David of 40 years.
Lynn Braun / COA, Records Coordinator
Lynn was born and raised in the deep South, but has lived in New England for more than 30 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University, is certified in Orthodontic Assisting and Dental Radiology, and has been working with Dr. Pavlo’s team since 2005. She has more than 30 years of dental experience as a chairside assistant in both General Dentistry and Orthodontics. She enjoys working with the team to assure the best quality of care and service to our patients. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, sailing and traveling, especially with her husband, Mark, two children Chris and Laura, and loyal four-legged companion, Mila.
Lisa Marino / COA
Lisa has been working in orthodontics since 2005 and joined Dr. Pavlo’s team in Spring 2011. In 2004, she completed a course in dental assisting in Swampscott, MA and then earned her radiology certification from Boston University in 2005. Living in Gloucester for her entire life, Lisa really appreciates all the city has to offer. When she is not working, Lisa likes to spend time with her friends and family.
Cassie Kent / CDA
Cassie joined the Pavlo team in 2012. She graduated from American Career Institute and is certified in infection control and radiology. She has more than 8 years of dental experience. Cassie enjoys getting to know our patients and loves watching them fall in love with their smiles! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband Joe, their two sons Colbey and Konnor, and their loving dog Maxx. They love being outdoors at their boys’ sporting events and summer days at the beach.
Alex Landry / CDA
Alex joined our team in May 2013. She grew up in Haverhill, MA and now resides in Sandown, NH with her husband Cam. Alex graduated from Northern Essex Community College’s Dental Assisting Program in 2013 and also holds an Associate Degree in General Studies. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA. Ever since Alex had braces as a child, she knew she wanted to work in the orthodontic field. Her favorite aspect about her job is giving our patients confidence in their smiles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys working out, going to the beach, laying by her pool, and traveling to Disney World or anywhere warm!
Nayeila Fernandez / CDA
Nayeila joined Pavlo Orthodontics in November 2022 as a former student in the Dental Program at Whittier Tech. Nayeila graduated in June 2023 and is now a full-time Dental Assistant at Pavlo Orthodontics. Nayeila is a Certified Dental Assistant and holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA. Nayeila was born and raised in Haverhill, MA and she resides with her parents and her older sister. Outside the dental world, Nayeila enjoys being with her friends and family, movie nights, and car rides. Nayeila has always had a passion to be in the ortho field and is happy to be able to be a part of such a wonderful team!
Ayva Hamlett / CDA
Ayva joined the Pavlo team in November 2022 as a co-op student from Whittier Tech. She went on to graduate from the Whittier Tech Dental Assisting program in May 2024, where she then started her career as a full-time Certified Dental Assistant at Pavlo Orthodontics. Ayva also holds certifications in infection control, radiology, OSHA, and HIPPA. She was born and raised in Haverhill, MA. Along with working at Pavlo Orthodontics, she enjoys lifting weights, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Julie Chehab / Scheduling Coordinator
Julie grew up in Peabody, MA and now resides in Methuen, MA with her husband Jad and their 2 baby boys. Julie graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2011. Prior to her time at Pavlo Orthodontics, Julie had a successful gymnastics career of 25 years. Julie joined our team in June of 2021 and is thrilled to be a part of such an amazing team and building connections with our patients. When not working at Pavlo Orthodontics, Julie loves to: go camping, cook with her husband, spend time with her family and friends, and go to Disney World!
Danielle Leon / Scheduling Coordinator
Danielle was born and lived in California until around the age of 13 when she moved to Danvers. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development. Danielle always had an interest in orthodontics and the impact that it has on everyone’s self-confidence and their growing to love their smile! Being a former Pavlo patient herself, Danielle knew she wanted to be a part of the team and be able to grow connections with our patients. When she is not working, Danielle enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and her cat Sylvester. Danielle loves taking tips to Conway, and Disney, going on boat rides, and trying new foods!
Tanika Morrison / Scheduling Coordinator
Tanika joined the Pavlo Orthodontics team in September 2023. She grew up on the North Shore and lives with her life partner and their son, Zion. Tanika graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Before her time at Pavlo Orthodontics, she worked in Admissions in nursing homes for ten years. In her free time, she enjoys candle making, spending time with her family, traveling and trying new restaurants.
Caitlin Fitzpatrick / Treatment Coordinator
Caitlin was born and raised in Peabody. She joined our orthodontic team in November 2021. She has an extensive history in the human service field and holds a Bachelor degree in Special Education. On her off time she divides it between spending time with family, friends and her three dogs. She enjoys doing charity work for the Department of Developmental services which holds a special place in her heart.
McKenzie Carey / Treatment Coordinator
McKenzie grew up in Rowley, MA. She is a former patient of Dr. Pavlo’s and now gets to experience being part of the best team. She joined our team in 2022 and holds certification in radiology and infection control. McKenzie enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and listening to Taylor Swift!
Michelle Elms / Financial Coordinator
Michelle joined our team in 2022. She has been in the dental field for 24 years. Michelle grew up in Danvers, MA and resides in Danvers with her son, Randy. In Michelle’s free time she is part of the Danvers Elementary PAC and is also a football mom. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend and especially her little boy!

Jackie lives in Peabody, MA with her mom, brother and 3 dogs. Jackie joined our team in February 2020 during her co-op program at Essex Tech where she lawyer went on to graduate in 2021. Jackie is currently attending Assumption University and plans to graduate with a Bachelors of Science in 2025. She hopes to go into dental school following undergrad. Jackie loves to workout, play soccer and lacrosse, spend time with friends and family, and read in her free time. She gained interest in the field when she was an orthodontic patient herself. Jackie says that “Working at Pavlo Orthodontics has allowed me to be a part of countless smile transformations and I love getting to see patients’ reactions after treatment.
Carley Childs / Dental Assistant
Carley joined our team in July 2023. She grew up in Southern Maine and now resides in Southern New Hampshire with her Dad and German Shepard, Bella. Carley has dreamed of working in Dentistry since planning for her career in her Junior year of high school. After graduating, she worked in General Dentistry for a year, discovering that working with children was her passion. And leading her to join our team here at Pavlo Orthodontics! Outside the office, Carley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend, while keeping busy no matter the weather New England brings us! Carley is currently working towards becoming a Certified Orthodontic Assistant, she holds Certificates in Infectious Control, Radiation Health Safety, OSHA, and HIPPA.
